Information on shipping costs and delivery times
By default, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is handled by Deutsche Post, DHL or UPS.
The table below lists the shipping costs and delivery times for shipments within Germany and to other countries; please add these to the delivery time specified for the respective item.

If you order multiple items with different delivery times in a single order, we will ship the goods in a combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time applicable to the entire shipment is the delivery time associated with the item in your order that has the longest delivery time.
Information on calculating delivery time
The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring financial institution (for advance payment) or on the day after the contract is concluded (for other payment methods) and ends upon the expiration of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next business day takes its place.
Customs & import duties / National VAT
Delivery is made excluding VAT. In addition to the shipping costs stated by MegaRawBar-Germany, no further import-related costs apply.
Sustainability
We ship your order in a climate-neutral manner using DHL GoGreen. This means that CO2 emissions generated during shipping are offset through investments in climate protection projects. By placing an order, you are therefore also supporting environmental protection.
Payment information
For deliveries within Germany and abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description.
In cooperation with Shopify Payments, we offer the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and Klarna
In cooperation with Bancontact Payconiq Company, Rue d'Arlon 82, 1040 Brussels, Belgium, we offer the "Bancontact" payment method. This requires your bank account to support payment via Bancontact. Payment is made directly to us. During the payment process, you will be redirected to your bank's secure environment, where you can initiate the payment after logging into your online banking account.
PayPal
Just a few steps to pay:
- Select "PayPal" as your payment method at checkout.
- You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment.
- If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and initiate the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not required for payment methods such as direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, or payment on invoice via PayPal.

You can pay using Apple Pay during the checkout process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device by completing the necessary verification steps.
