The new HydroGel formula is characterized by its particularly fluid consistency and can therefore be consumed quickly and easily even under high stress.

With 100 mg of caffeine per serving , this variant is particularly suitable for intense competition phases and longer endurance activities where energy and caffeine intake are to be specifically combined.

The neutral alignment without a dominant taste makes the HydroGel pleasant even over many hours and allows for a flexible combination with other competition nutrition products.

Take one gel before or during physical activity. One gel provides enough energy for 30 – 45 minutes of intense exertion. Recommended maximum dose: 4 gels per day.
