Terms and Conditions for Event Promotions
1. Organizer
The organizer of the promotion is MegaRawBar-Germany. The full contact details of the organizer are provided in the imprint of this website.
2. Eligibility
Natural persons aged 16 and over are eligible to participate.
Persons under 16 years of age may only participate with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Caffeine-containing products will not be distributed to children and young people as part of the promotion. If a caffeine-containing product is determined to be a prize, the person concerned will instead receive a suitable caffeine-free substitute prize.
Participation is only possible during the respective event or promotion period.
3. Requirements for participation
A prerequisite for participation in the Wheel of Fortune is registration for the MegaRawBar-Germany e-mail newsletter.
Newsletter registration is the consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Wheel of Fortune. This connection is expressly pointed out before registration.
To register for the newsletter, a valid e-mail address must be provided and explicit consent to receive the newsletter must be given. The registration must then be confirmed via the link contained in the confirmation e-mail (double opt-in).
Participation in the Wheel of Fortune is only possible after successful confirmation of the e-mail address.
With the newsletter, we inform you in particular about products, new arrivals, promotions and offers from MegaRawBar-Germany and Island Smooth Ride.
Consent to receive the newsletter can be revoked at any time with effect for the future, for example via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter e-mail. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the point of revocation remains unaffected by this.
4. Additional 10% discount
After successful newsletter registration, the participant will also receive a 10% discount code for their first online order at MegaRawBar-Germany.
The discount code is subject to the terms and conditions specified when it is provided. A cash payment of the discount value is excluded.
The 10% discount is an additional benefit of newsletter registration and not a prize from the Wheel of Fortune.
5. Execution of the Wheel of Fortune promotion
After successful confirmation of the newsletter registration, the participant may spin the Wheel of Fortune once at the respective event, unless otherwise specified on site.
The prize is determined immediately by spinning the Wheel of Fortune. The result shown by the Wheel of Fortune determines the respective prize.
As a rule, one participation per person per event or promotion is possible.
Multiple participations, in particular through the use of different e-mail addresses by the same person, are not permitted.
6. Prizes
Various instant prizes can be won as part of the promotion. These may include energy bars, energy gels and other products from the MegaRawBar-Germany range.
The prizes actually available at the respective event and any different prize levels can be found on the Wheel of Fortune or from the information on site.
There is no entitlement to a specific prize.
Should a displayed prize no longer be available, an equivalent or comparable substitute prize may be issued.
Cash payment, transfer or exchange of a prize is excluded, as far as legally permissible.
7. Prize distribution
Prizes are generally distributed directly at the respective event.
There is no entitlement to subsequent dispatch or later collection, unless otherwise specified for the respective event.
8. Exclusion from participation
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion in the event of manipulation or attempted manipulation, inadmissible multiple participations, false information or other violations of these terms and conditions of participation.
If there is a reason for exclusion, a prize that has already been awarded may also be reclaimed, insofar as this is legally permissible.
9. Modification or premature termination of the promotion
The organizer reserves the right to change, interrupt or prematurely terminate a promotion for an important reason if proper execution can no longer be guaranteed for technical, organizational or legal reasons.
Statutory claims of participants remain unaffected by this.
10. Data protection
In particular, the e-mail address provided by the participant will be processed as part of the newsletter registration.
The processing of personal data in connection with newsletter registration and newsletter dispatch is carried out in accordance with our data protection declaration.

11. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection regulations.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
